WYOMING MEATLOAF


WYOMING MEATLOAF
- One (1) pound of Wyoming Natural Ground Beef
- Half (1/2) pound of bulk country sausage
- Quarter (1/4) cup of chopped onion
- Quarter (1/4) cup of ketchup
- One (1) egg- Quarter (1/4) cup of oatmeal
- Quarter (1/4) teaspoon of garlic powder
- Quarter (1/4) teaspoon of course ground pepper
- Quarter (1/4) teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
- Eighth (1/8) cup of soy sauce

WYOMING MEATLOAF PREPERATION:
Mix all ingredients till completely distributed.Form into rectangular loaf shape.Bake in covered loaf pan, at 350ยบ for 45 minutes.Remove cover and bake for 30 minutes or until meat is evenly cooked
