NEVADA SILVER STATE POTATOES


NEVADA SILVER STATE POTATOES
- Four (4) medium potatoes
- boiled, peeled and grated
- Two (2) cups sour cream
- One (1) tablespoon salt
- Quarter (1/4) cup milk
- Quarter (1/4) cup butter
- One (1) regular can of cream of chicken soup
- Half (1/2) cup grated cheddar cheese
- Half (1/2) cup chopped onion

NEVADA SILVER STATE POTATOES PREPARATION:Combine all ingredients except potatoes. Simmer on low heat until cheese melts. Add potatoes. Place in lightly greased baking dish. Top with crushed corn flakes mixed with softened butter. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 1 hour or until golden brown.
