NORTH CAROLINA BARBECUE SLAW


NORTH CAROLINA BARBECUE SLAW
- One (1) medium head cabbage, finely chopped
- One (1) cup ketchup
- Half (1/2) teaspoon pepper
- Half (1/2) teaspoon salt
- Quarter (1/4) cup sugar
- Two (2) tablespoon salad vinegar
- Dash Tabasco sauce (optional)

NORTH CAROLINA BARBECUE SLAW PREPARATION:
Mix all ingredients, except cabbage in medium bowl.Stir into cabbage. Cover tightly.Refrigerate overnight.
