VERMONT CORN PUDDING CASSEROLE


VERMONT CORN PUDDING CASSEROLE
- One (1) can of cream-style corn
- One (1) can of kernel corn
- One (1) package of corn muffin mix
- One (1) cup of sour cream
- Half (1/2) cup of soft butter
- Pinch of minced red & green peppers (optional)
- Sprinkle with seasoned bread crumbs

VERMONT CORN PUDDING CASSEROLE PREPARATION:
Mix all corn, muffin mix, sour cream and soft butter.
Spoon into a greased 8x8 inch pan. top with peppers and bread crumbs
Bake at 375° approximately 40-45 minutes until firm
