DELAWARE CRAB PUFFS


DELAWARE CRAB PUFFS
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- Two (2) cups of flour
- Three (3) teaspoons of baking powder
- Half (1/2) teaspoon of salt
- One (1) egg
- One (1) cup of milk
- Half (1/2) pound of crabmeat

DELAWARE CRAB PUFFS PREPARATION:
Heat vegetable oil to 375 degrees.Mix dry ingredients. In separate bowl, beat the egg and add milk and crabmeat. Stir into flour mixture. Mix well.Drop mixture from spoon into hot oil, and fry until delicately browned.
